Toyota OEM-Style Troubleshooting Manual 

Issue: System Not Operating in 1-Touch Mode 

Initial Checks: 

Check the timer relays to ensure each one displays GREEN when STOW and DEPLOY buttons are activated. 

Diagnostic Questions: 

Does the system operate when the button is held? 

If YES, replace the timer relay and verify that a 1.5k resistor has been installed. 

Reference Notes & Locations: 

1. Toyota/Honda: Timer relay location is under the rear bench (passenger side on RU) in the rear driver corner beneath the plastic cover. 

2. Follow field service instructions to add or verify resistor installation if needed.
